POST new/uniqueqr/sci/byScan

按扫码原文返回已绑定科学维码信息（唯一码、采购方、产线、型号、序列号等）。仅需登录，不做部门权限校验。claim=true 时写入当前用户的我的设备。

Claim	true 时把本次成功扫码计入当前登录用户的「我的设备」。默认 false，既有调用不传则不认领。	boolean	None.
